Vienna Pharaon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and she’s the face behind the social media phenomenon @mindfulmft Instagram account. She works with individuals and couples, and invites people to do the work to heal themselves and expand their relationships in healthy and functional ways. She hosts workshops, leads retreats around the world, and presents and writes on the topic of relationships. Vienna believes we have the capacity to create change through mindfulness and a practice of deep awareness, and that when we do that we can rewire and reprogram ourselves for connection, intimacy, and healing.
Constantina Rhodes,, Ph. D is a Certified Intuitive Consultant and Certified Instructor of Intuitive Development, and also an acclaimed scholar of Sanskrit and the spiritual traditions of India. She holds her doctorate in South Asian languages and Religions from Columbia University and teaches at Hunter College. She is a Level II Usui Reiki practitioner and draws upon healing energy within her sessions. As a Certified Intuitive Consultant, Constantina engages in an ancient art that both enhances and is enhanced by her longtime meditation practice.
Shula Melamed MA/MPH is a Relationship and Wellbeing Coach who works with individuals, couples and groups looking to identify and address challenges in their intimate lives head-on, exploring issues related to self-worth, communication, sexuality and pleasure. Her approach is informed by the theories and practices of psychology, sociology and anthropology.
Sinikiwe Dhliwayo is a creative producer, yoga instructor, and founder of Naaya. Naaya is an initiative to democratize access to yoga and mindfulness for people of color. Born in Zimbabwe she has an obsession with yoga that rivals that of her kid sister. She can be found off the mat reading all the things, cooking, and smiling. Her heart skips a beat at the idea of disseminating the tools of yoga and meditation to people of color.
